sorry guys..lama tak update since work in HELL..haha..yes it is juz like HELL..you can't imagine how customer this day..hehe..i think you know what i mean..FYI i'm working as CSR at one big company laa..at call centre..so many cases..funny thing and sometimes can make you angry becoz unreasonable customer..i dunno about y'all can tahan to hear someone shouting on the phone..i experienced it..as a frontliner you have to sabar..but one day i cannot tahan anymore..arguing with one stupid bitch..already explain still shouting like only this bitch got some problem..lucky me this person use handphone..call was disconnected not by me..hehe..lega liao..after that call my supervisor come to me asking why my voice so loud..then i story laa what's the problem..
To be honest, 80% of all calls at our call centre is from Peninsular..most of the call are from 03.. this 03 punya people think like we can make all application only by phone..stupid..think like pizza hut ka..especially for business.residential pun ada.for e.g:" I nak upgrade ke speed yang lebih laju i punya internet ok"then my heart feels like juz wanted to tell this person.."hello..this call centre is for aduan and pertanyaan..tak baca kat bawah bill ker".tapi tahan sabar..nasib baik tak cakap mcmtu dgn customer .semua nak senang..mesti ada black and white laa.. bukan nak menghina or mencaci sebab tak semua yang mcmtu.. no offends ok..only luahan perasaan..
Serious shit I tell u guys..customer from sarawak until now doesnt have any problem with the service..no problem..they followed all the procedures..tak banyak cakap..hati frontliners senang jer nak tolong..
For those who live in especially 03 place or any place..plz jaga your attitude, emotion..juz follow the procedures..bila ditanya jawab saja..senang org membantu...no need to bising2 first bila org dah explain diri sendiri yang malu or meludah ke muka sendiri..peace..
